What counts as an active member?
Active members are member profiles with portal access or included in active member communications during the billing period. Extra active members are $0.25/member/month.
Setup assistance is included in the plan
Setup assistance can include branding, member import, roles, events, committees, newsletters, training, DNS/custom domain help, and workflow setup. Larger migrations are scoped before work begins.
