Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CommonCircle, a managed member portal platform for nonprofit organizations, lodges, clubs, societies, associations, and community groups. By using CommonCircle, you agree to these terms.

1. Who Uses CommonCircle

CommonCircle is provided to organizations and their authorized admins, staff, volunteers, and members. Organization admins are responsible for managing who can access their portal and what information is shared with their members.

Organizations and their users remain responsible for the content they add to CommonCircle, including events, newsletters, messages, documents, photos, member records, and social posts. CommonCircle may process this content to operate the platform and provide requested features.

CommonCircle supports optional integrations such as Stripe, Zoom, Google Sign-In, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business accounts. Connecting an integration authorizes CommonCircle to use that service only for the selected organization features. Third-party services have their own terms, policies, and account requirements.

6. Social Hub

Social Hub lets authorized organization admins connect social accounts and publish organization content, including event updates. The organization is responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and approvals for any content it publishes through Social Hub.

7. Payments

Payments for dues, tickets, or platform fees may be processed through Stripe or another configured payment provider. CommonCircle does not store credit card numbers. Payment provider terms and privacy policies apply to payment processing.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or uses the platform in a way that harms other users or organizations. Organizations may also stop using CommonCircle by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

CommonCircle is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, reputation, or opportunity arising from use of the platform.
